MFR hosted ‘Try Track Tuesday’ last night which aimed to encourage members unfamiliar with track. The track session involved warm up laps, drills and a 30 min track session to help improve stamina and speed of all our runners. The ‘cool down’ session included core work and the all important stretches to relax ‘track legs’.
Well done to all who attended – perfect conditions and some great efforts from newbies.
