Our 3 weekly runs

We run 3 times a week from 3 separate locations. Tuesdays – Athletics track at Man city football stadium 6:50pm We train for around 90 minutes, and consists of running drills, 30 minutes of running using the track, and then a cool down session where we focus on exercises for your core, as well as stretches for each muscle group.
